Weekdays
The next session of the M.C. Aquatics learn-to-swim programme will begin on Tues. Oct. 4th, 2016 and end Thurs. Dec. 1st, 2016. All lessons are in a semi-private setting (maximum of 5 students per instructor) and will take place at the Mentor College Recreation Centre, 56 Cayuga Avenue between 3:30 and 5:00 pm.
Saturdays
Your registration will be confirmed by telephone prior to the first class. Payment is due by cheque on the first day of the session. Classes will be offered in a semi-private setting (maximum 5 students per instructor) and will take place at the swimming pool at the Mentor College Primary Campus (56 Cayuga Avenue, Mississauga)between 9:00 am and 12:00 pm. Bronze Star
Bronze Star (10-12 hr.): excellent preparation for success in Bronze Medallion. Participants develop problem-solving and decision-making skills individually and in partners. Candidates learn CPR and develop the lifesaving skills needed to be their own lifeguard. Includes a timed 400 m swim.
Prerequisite: None (Swim Patrol experience recommended.)
